Do I have a day job when I’m not creating stories and putting my ideas on paper?

When I’m not lounging at my desk, sprawled out on my sofa, or soaking up the sun on a luxurious sunlounger while writing, editing, or crafting social media posts, I actually have a full-time gig.

I run a wedding planning company in Rocca Pinta, oh,sorry, I mean Malcesine, on Lake Garda. I’m lucky enough to have a team of fabulous wedding planners who handle all the nitty-gritty details while I indulge in my other passion—wedding photography.

My job sets my soul on fire in a way that’s hard to put into words. Unlike previous jobs that were just a means to an end or an excuse to jet-set around the globe, wedding photography is what truly lights me up. It brings me such joy to be a part of a couple’s special day, capturing those priceless moments and creating memories that will last a lifetime. I know it may sound cheesy, but it’s the truth.

What I adore most about my job is that each wedding is a unique experience. Every couple has their own beautiful story to tell, and no two sets of wedding photographs are ever the same. It’s a whirlwind of love, laughter, and happily ever afters, and I wouldn’t have it any other way.
